Building things is how I understand them. These are the projects and teaching roles where code met physics.
ProjectsSmartPhysics
A living resource for incoming physics undergrads — notes, guides, and worked explanations on topics like Quantum Mechanics, how to write a polished lab report, and the math toolkit you actually need in year one. The goal: study smart, not hard.
Started because I wished something like this had existed when I arrived. Maintained on GitHub as a public resource for anyone making the jump from community college or high school into an upper-division physics program.

PHYS 120 Lab Manuals
Course developer for PHYS 120 — Electronics Lab for Physicists (upper-division). Wrote and typeset lab manuals in LaTeX, including the Flip-Flops and Registers module. The challenge: making digital electronics feel intuitive to people whose instinct is to reach for a Hamiltonian.
LaTeX · Course Development · Technical WritingTA — PHYS 120
Teaching assistant for the same electronics lab I helped develop. Running lab sections, supporting students through circuit debugging, oscilloscopes, and the peculiar despair of a breadboard that should work but doesn't.
Teaching · Electronics · Lab InstructionPython Instructor — CARP Workshop
Instructor at the inaugural Computational Astrophysics Research Preparation (CARP) Workshop at the San Diego Supercomputer Center. Taught Python fundamentals — lists, for loops, functions — to six undergraduate participants, with a focus on easing the jump from community college to four-year research environments. Also attended sessions on astrophysics Python libraries including Astropy.
Python · Astropy · PedagogyCurriculum Developer — Spark Astronomy
Developed curricula and course plans for online astronomy courses spanning all school grades. Co-wrote a structured framework for an introductory astronomy course — content, worksheets, and topic breakdowns — compiled into a book to be published under the firm's name.
Attended skill development sessions on working with large datasets and research methodology in a professional setting.

Founded an online platform to connect like-minded peers, recruiting a team of 8 high schoolers and a faculty advisor. Ran online career counselling sessions and subject preference surveys for junior students (CBSE board).
Led a waste management initiative for World Environment Day — installed community dustbins, interviewed environmental advocate Riddima Pandey, and engaged the District Magistrate to address illegal dumping near the Rajaji National Tiger Reserve.
